CrossFit Kids Camp will introduce kids to functional movement and fitness fun! Kids will learn proper form and technique for a variety of movements such as squats and presses. There will be WODS (workouts of the day), but most of all GAMES that are structured to give them a chance to use their new skills. We'll also have free play, team building activities and play a lot of games. Supplies: Water bottle. Attire: Comfortable clothing; Tennis shoes.
