Mardi Gras is right around the corner and Serpas True Food restaurant is the place to be on Fat Tuesday. From 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. enjoy an abbreviated menu and special-priced dishes inspired by Chef Scott Serpas’s New Orleans culture, Louisiana drinks and live jazz music. The feast includes seafood gumbo; muffaletta; crawfish pie; red beans & rice; chicken & sausage jambalaya and traditional king cake.
