AWIT is set to celebrate Chinese New Year, Asia's most important holiday, with Natalie and Margaret Keng at Canton House Restaurant.  Our hosts will walk us through the cultural and mouth-watering, mega-course dinner of hand-selected, authentic, tradtional Chinese New Year dishes, while educating and entertaining us with stories of the history of the foods and culture.  Natalie is the "Chinese Southern Belle" and she and her mother do frequent cooking demonstrations, customized parties and classes on Health and Wellness.  Natalie's "Chinese Southern Belle" company also makes a delcious "My Sweet Hottie" sweet and sour pepper sauce! Let's enjoy Chinese New Year together as we make plans for 2013!
