Ms Keng is a Chinese food and culture expert, who grew up working in the family restaurant business. She is a graduate of Vassar College and Harvard University (master's degree in social policy). Chinese Southern Belle LLC  offers cooking parties, Asian market tours and gourmet food and cookware. Canton House is one of Atlanta's best family-run Chinese restaurants for over 30 years! There will be a 10-course family style dinner which will include authentic specialities such as Creamy Beef Soup,   Shrimp with Ginger & Scallion, Salt & Pepper Squid, Beef with Chinese Broccoli, Spicy Chicken, Peking Style Pork Chop, Vegetable with Garlic Sauce, Fish Fillet with Black Bean Sauce, Young Chow Fried Rice & Fortune Cookies.
