DESIGN CONVERSATION Tuesday, March 5 The Next Wave in Green Design: Incorporating Environmentally Friendly Products and Materials into High Design Doors open at 6pm. Talk begins at 6:30pm Atlanta designer Bill Musso, owner of Musso Design Group, and Laura Walker, owner of Verde Home will present a Design Conversation focused on the latest innovations in environmentally friendly design. Considering all aspects of the design process, Musso and Walker will delve into architectural elements like building materials, flooring, solar panels and rooftop gardens, and also expound on many of the low-impact and green design furnishings and products on the market today. They will explain how custom products can help bridge the gap when trying to be as green as possible. By working with sustainable materials, there are many ways a new or old home can minimize its carbon footprint while also maintaining high design. http://www.mussodesigngroup.com/ http://www.verdehomeinc.com/ Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, teachers and military, and $5 for students and children over 5.
