On the National Registrar of Historic Places, Avondale Estates boasts homes from the 1920s until the newest Craftsman Bungalow. Trolleys will take visitors to six homes as well as The Museum School and a Live Nativity at the Baptist Church. $12 in advance at Avondale City Hall, Finders Keepers Furnishings, 17 Steps; $15 day of tour * see below for ticketing information
