Atlanta will be one of 30 cities across the U. S. selected to host a special appearance of the U. S. Capitol Christmas Tree as it makes its journey to Washington D. C., where it will be placed on the west lawn of the U. S. Capitol. Harvested from Colorado’s White River National Forest, the 2012 tree will appear in Atlanta the afternoon of November 20, strategically and festively positioned in the front lot of Lenox Square Mall. General Admission: free
