Our MJCCA Youth Fitness Program, which focuses on running, spinning, and Boot Camp, is carefully designed to promote and enhance physical wellness among our youth. By fostering an environment that further develops fitness at all skill levels, we strive to engender in our children a lifelong passion for personal wellness. Participants will learn the importance of healthy nutrition, proper stretching, core conditioning, technique, pacing, and goal-setting. Our trainers provide the necessary assistance, support, and fitness tools -- all designed to achieve our goal of overall wellness. We encourage sportsmanship, responsibility, and respect in a warm, nurturing, and safe environment. All levels of fitness are welcome. Each participant will set their own goals and be encouraged to participate at the level that is appropriate for them.
