Rich in fiber, nutrients, and vitamins; whole grains are essential to eating well and being healthy. In this class, learn easy ways to nourish yourself by incorporating them into your meals. We’ll discuss the difference between a whole grain and whole wheat, the many varieties of whole grains such as quinoa, millet, amaranth, spelt, and buckwheat and simple methods to prepare them for satisfying breakfast cereals, soups, and side dishes. Come and get your “grain” on!
