If this sounds like a daunting endeavor, don't fret, Chef Antonio and Cydney Kritzer of Frogtown Cellars have put together a delicious holiday feast to help you on your way. This menu is easy to prepare and expertly paired with Frogtown’s award winning wines (Vineaux Blanc 2011; Inclination 2009; Touche 2008; Shotgun Second Reload, and Propaganda 2008). Students will gain insight into the winemaking process and tips for pairing wine with food as they experience a very memorable evening.
