Come join us in this dedicated to heart openers, back bends and self-reflection workshop. This session will consist of an uplifting Asana practice, as well as a guided Loving-Kindness meditation for a deeper heart-centered awareness and connection. All levels of students are welcome to join yoga teacher Cynthia Belmer in opening to self-love and the beginnings that a new open heart brings.
