Bert Bartleson, a retired Washington State health inspector, found serious health code violations including cooked meat cooling uncovered on a counter, old and potentially contaminated cutting tables, exposed food bowls stacked on top of each other in the refrigerator, with a dirty fan blasting above and  buffet food at temperatures well below code.
